5. Payments and Refunds
We accept online payments for our digital and physical products through secure payment gateways. All payments are processed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless otherwise specified.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of many of our products (e.g., Human Design sessions, digital downloads, etc.), we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered unless there are extenuating circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Physical Products: For physical items, if the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
6. Service Delivery
Human Design sessions, consultations, and related services will be delivered at the agreed-upon time, virtually. If for any reason we must cancel or reschedule, we will notify you with as much notice as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, 24 hours' notice is required. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a forfeiture of the session fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide the highest quality products and services, but we make no guarantees regarding the outcomes or effects of using our services or products. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our website, services, or products.
